In this work I experience a kind of hybridization between photography and painting, not in post-production, but by forcing the photographic technique to obtain a pictorial result directly at the moment of shooting: a mix of time control, blur, panning and color saturation that lead to an evocative chromatic composition.
In 2012 I found myself in Istanbul for a convention on renewable energy; at the time I was working in this sector. Interesting topic, which allows you to travel a lot but not to see as much: conference rooms, offices, or remote places good for installing a system.

For almost 50 years I have been regularly visiting the Aosta Valley and Courmayeur. It is as natural for me to go back as when you go home. But habit leads to not seeing the changes. And as incredible as it may seem, the mountains also change.

The shape of the sky
The space around us, in which we move, affects us both physically and emotionally, it is enough to stop for a moment to realize it, just the time of a photo, photos in which I have tried to analyze and convey the sensations of what are the "horizons urban ", where the natural horizon is modified by anthropization, determining a perceptual limit that is now physical in contrast with its more classical virtual and unattainable natural form (the horizon of the sea).
Although I am a football fan (always go Genoa!) I prefer to practice individual sports and in 2019 I decided to try boxing. As always, discovering a new world is extremely fascinating and boxing is truly incredible for the wealth of elements that compose it: discipline, effort, seriousness, competitive spirit, fairplay but also group, fun and friendship.
